The La Marzocco GS3 is a professional grade espresso machine built for the home and features the thermal stability system that is used in the commercial La Marzocco Strada. It also includes a preheating system, digital PID controller, saturated groups, dual-boiler system, digital display, and quick touch keys, allowing you to set the temperature in the brew and steam boiler to .3ºC. The Auto Volumetric (AV) model allows for programmable pre-infusion and water metering, making brew ratios simple and consistant. The Auto Volumetric model also features an auto clean function for back flushing to keep your machine clean and your coffee always flavourful.
The 'GS' in the GS3, relates to the saturated brew group (gruppo saturo) and will leave you with nothing more to do other than grind, dose and tamp and enjoy the perfection it will create.
